Didn't get everything I wanted done, done this weekend but at least I made decent headway.
The Devil's Staircase was way easier ... I dunno why. It's not like this is my first bar. It is the first bar that I have been frugal with. Maybe that's it.
So, front skeleton - done.

CONFESSIONS OF FREE LABOR
Allright, I've already admitted I haven't done the best possible job on this. Really, beer, and free do not make for a good combo. Plus, while this looks like a massively easy design (which it is) I have never done a bar like this before. I've never used what I've had laying around and I've never made a collapsible bar that wasn't tiki, goth, or pirate themed. Those lend to awesome 'rennovations' aka screw ups that work just fine into the design.
Anyhoo. I screwed up royally on this one.
In the previous picture if you look at the front far right bottom shelf joint. You'll notice it's sagging. This is the area where I smashed my finger. I tried to fix it last night by using liquid nails. I screwed it up worse. The tape failed (evidently too much heat in my garage) and the strong tie sagged. At the same time the liquid nails dried so I had a permanent wedge. This angered me greatly. This is why I should always pick up my toys every night and park in my danged garage.
Anyway. Just fixed it. Fixed it impressively. Thought I was going to have to go buy a 2X4. Didn't. Happy. I'm going to go drink more beer now.

Frame is complete. Painting (not shown) is half done. Now I just need to get the shelving, the top, the facing, the piping, attach the lights...holy petemas, I'm doomed.

I'm tired. There was glass in my beer. I'm done for the night.

Ok, yes. The brick is sideways. Sorry. That's the way I had cut it for a previous construction.
The holes for the top need to be drilled, the top gate needs to be attached, painting needs to be done on the inside, touch-up painting on the outside, bar rails and edging attached, piping created and attached, pretty doo-dads attached, and the top needs stain and sealant.

Ah, the bar made by people on the piss, for people on the piss.
Better then I could do that's for sure. Good on you.

Emmeline = Amazing. That is all.
Madam, if you have a beer of preference, I do believe I owe you a 6 pack.

My deep thanks to Emmaline for all the hard work. Busy little beaver that one.
Passports, Bar Construction, personal prep for SteamCon; and all while being cost effective.. and piss drunk. Hats off to her, indeed.

Look! Gate Top!
You will note that my beer is virtually empty. I had to quit for the evening.
If you can make them out there are bolt tops along the top of the bar. This was intentional. Personally I prefer the washers with them but others may disagree.
I have the next step drying in the support leg but the next step will be taking it apart tomorrow and taking advantage of the decent weather to paint some more.

Madame, you are awesome.
What is your favorite sort of beer which can be bought in a 6 pack?

Well the bar is as done as I can get it for now.
Halloween has taken over and I can't spare the space or time anymore. (When I get home from setting up the bar I have to load the truck with an industrial advertising balloon motor, an electric chair, a laboratory, a tesla coil, Frankenstein, a scientist, Igor, and 2 cases of milky way darks and try to take them to Canada.)
The top is still not stained, varnished, painted, or sealed.
I got the support leg for the gate top finished, though I did not try it out at full height. It should work.
I got the rails finished and drilled.
I installed the bottle opener and security feature.
I got the floor cut. (Sorry that it's silver it's the only spare tarp I had that was small enough to waste.)
I purchased a crap mallet and wrench which I will include with the assembly/disassembly instructions.

Um, so did it work?
Did it fall apart?
Was it easy to figure out how to take it apart?
Were the instructions helpful?
Were there any problems?

I don't know about how the assembly went, but it seemed to hold together well during the convention. Great job.

It seemed to work wonderfully, and although I can't say as to how easy it was to assemble, disassembly was incredibly simple, straightforward, and painless. Thank you!
